The Calvary Lake Homeowners Association is the organization that allows all Calvary Lake home and lot owners to participate in managing and maintaining the common interests and resources of the community. Every owner becomes a member when they purchase a home or lot in the subdivision.

Formally, Calvary Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. (the "Association") is a non-profit corporation created as required by the Declaration of Covenants, Restrictions and Easements for Calvary Lake Subdivision. The Association exists for the sole purpose of performing certain functions required for the common good and general welfare of the subdivision. Lot and home owners accept the terms of the covenants and become members of the Association as of closing the purchase of their property in the subdivision. The Association is operated according to the By-Laws of Calvary Lake Homeowners Association, Inc., which By-Laws apply to all owners, tenants, residents, or other persons occupying or using the facilities of the Subdivision in any manner.
